"Fate rarely calls upon us at the time of our choosing"
- Optimus Prime
The second installation of the transformer series follows the lives of our protagonists the autobots and their new formed team with the US army. Prime, Iron hide and bumblebee are just about the most kick ass robots there are and you now throw in about 10 more decepticons and a new villain along with Megatron called appropriately, the FALLEN.
The story and the plot are equally engaging. Sam witwicky must once again help the Autobots by sacrificing his normal life to thwart the attempts of Megatron and the fallen to destroy the earth and to find a new energy source.
The action sequences and the robots are bigger, better and will grip you through out the movie. The comic interludes between movies vary between the good and the mediocre. But that never steers you away from the main plot and the Civil Robot war being fought on earth. The new robot additions be it the Autobots or decepticons are good.
In spite of the action scenes and the story your eyes almost always linger on for a glimpse of Megan Fox. She may not be one of the finest actors but is by far the most attractive and well her even shorter clothes just add to the movie.
The movie is engaging, gripping and you just can't wait for the final edition of the trilogy to hit the screens.
